jackson hole + moab elopement packages
Modern. Candid. Film-inspired. timeless.
No photographers are the same when it comes to personalities and styles. I designed this website to convey the same vibes I try to bring to every session - simple, easy, and without a lot of distractions.
I have a more relaxed and observant approach and prefer to read the room and let your presence take the stage. I aim to capture documentary-style, candid moments that are unique to you two. My goal is to create authentic images, with some posing suggestions to make the image more impactful. But for the most part I prefer to be an observer rather than an interferer; I’ll show you where the best viewpoints are, but I want to capture your genuine reactions to being in these dramatic places together.
My work is film-inspired with natural, slightly muted tones. I believe this gives my images a timeless look that you will still love in 20 years…or at the very least won’t make a viral TikTok about because your skin is orange ;)
BTW, I live here!
There’s a reason I only shoot in Moab and Grand Teton - I know these places better than most because I live(d) and work here, and that’s why I love shooting here.
I hiked 800 miles across southern Utah in 2018 and worked as a hiking guide in Moab after. I lived in Jackson Hole before Moab, and in 2022, we moved back to Grand Teton National Park for the summers.
Choosing a local photographer has so many benefits. You’re hiring someone to deliver bangers and for that you need someone who:
Understands the different land management agencies and their permit requirements
Knows the best places and times to avoid the crowds
Knows the place’s unique weather patterns
Knows all of the best viewpoints and their lighting

elopements
An elopement or intimate wedding is a 100% outdoor celebration with under 15 guests that blends your love for each other and adventure. There’s no stress about guest counts or enormous venue fees and you’re free to be as creative and flexible as you want. It’s all about you.
*Packages start at $5,300 for 6 hours - please note that custom shorter sessions will also start at this price as I only book one session a day.

Clients will receive my client guide, which is tailored to getting married in Moab and Grand Teton and provides a ton of hard-earned, local-only information on timeline, permitting, and location planning.
I never set a number of photographs because there are so many factors that go into it (travel between locations, tourists in frame, and so on). But clients can roughly expect to receive 40+ images per hour, often more.
Clients will receive beautifully-designed, easy-access, high resolution gallery. Clients will also have full print and social media rights to share with friends and so on.
I often provide sneak peaks but I don’t promise that because I think a consistent, intentionally-edited gallery is worth the wait. Instead of immediate sneak peeks, I provide a physical Instax film photo that you can take with you.
Galleries will include:
-Images of the smaller details you put so much thought into
-Finishing touches of the getting-ready process
-Group photos (bridal party, groomsmen, everyone together)
-First look (optional)
-Ceremony
-Family photos
-Couple photos
-Reception
-Golden hour photos

Packages start at $5,300.
6 hours - a pretty to-the-point day.
8 hours - the standard package. This can include a first look.
10 hours - the best of the best. Can include a sunrise session and first look.

The line is a little hazy because pretty much every wedding in Moab or the Tetons involves beautiful outdoor images. An elopement will generally be more customized, have more physical activity, and under 15 guests.
I usually end up doing the same amount of conversing and advising for elopements and weddings, though, so there is no price difference for 2025.

“Danielle, beyond exceeded our expectations! We were booking an elopement event from across the country, everything site unseen. With Danielle's help, we had the perfect wedding celebration.
How far in advance should we book?
Clients usually book 1 year to a few months in advance. As long as you’re within the 30-day permit window, though, we can figure something out!
How many images do you deliver?
It totally varies based on each individual timeline and activity. I conservatively say 30-40 images per hour.
do you do custom packages?
Potentially - customization depends on the location and time of year. Custom shorter sessions will cost the same as my shortest package, however, as I only book one session a day.
Do you reschedule for weather?
Storms pass so quickly in the Tetons and the park is very strict about permits so rescheduling really isn’t even an option. I prefer to come up with a plan b to account for things like wildfire smoke or inclement weather.
What is your editing style
Film-inspired with slightly muted tones.
how do you keep our images safe?
I shoot on two cameras in case of failure and store your images on two different drives. Clients often forget to download their entire gallery and I do believe that is the clients’ responsibility, so to prompt this I only publish galleries for 90 days.

“Danielle did an amazing job and I truly couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. She brought out the best and dorkiest in both of us, I didn’t feel pressured for photos, it felt natural. Thank you so much!”
