Do you have a particular vision/itinerary in mind for the day? Ex: just the three of us hiking into a remote location, or an accessible ceremony for the grandparents then splitting off for our own adventure, etc?

Do you have a wedding permit from the National Park Service or Bureau of Land Management?
Are there any rules or regulations for photographers at your ceremony + reception location? Please note that I'm familiar with the NPS and BLM restrictions already, so this applies mainly to private venues.

Would you like a first look? Highly recommend for those wanting more time together and added special moments between just the two of you.
If you would like a first look, would you like to do anything unique during this time? Such as read personal letters, vows, dance to your favorite song, share gifts, etc?
Golden Hour, or an hour before sunset, is the best time for portraits since the sun light is the softest and warmest. Would you like to use this time (about 10 - 15 minutes) to take portraits? If it overlaps with the reception, we can schedule a block of time to step away from the party.
How adventurous would you like to get during your couples portrait time? Waking up early for a summer sunrise is plenty adventurous for most folks! But if MTBs, climbing, etc are your jam, list it here.
Are you comfortable with heights and exposure?
Are you comfortable taking photos in front of other visitors? This is somewhat unavoidable, but it can be mitigated a little.
Do you or your partner have any medical or physical limitations that could affect our plans?
